Return & Refund Policy
At Velora, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving the item.
Return Requirements

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.
